If you need more scrubbing and cleaning in difficult places, perhaps a Deluxe cleaning could be more suitable.
In a nutshell, the main difference between a Deluxe cleaning versus a General cleaning is:
Cleaning under-reachable furniture.
Inside windows (standard window sizes) and windowsills within reach.
Vacuuming upholstery furniture.
Extra heavy scrub on needed areas like bathroom tiles, bathtub, counters, and kitchen floors.
If you are unsure whether you should book a Deluxe cleaning or a General cleaning, you may ask yourself:1. Has my house been professionally cleaned over the last three months? 2. Do I need to clean dirt behind my bed, furniture, and appliances? 3. Do I need my counters and/or baseboards to have a real scrub instead of a wipe

Choosing the right type of service to be performed in your home
is the only way to have a successful outcome when you hire a cleaning service.
What is NOT included?
It should be noted that house cleaners are unable to perform a thorough washing or cleaning of walls. However, they are willing to conduct a light spot-cleaning to eliminate a few small spots or stains on your interior walls, as and when required.
Please note that our house cleaning service does not cover personal laundry services. Nonetheless, if you have a washer and dryer on-site and provide the necessary detergent, our team can take care of one load of bed linens and towels. If you require additional laundry services, we suggest contacting our office to discuss a personalized cleaning package that caters to your requirements.
Please be aware that the house cleaner is only able to wash and clean dishes that accumulate from one day’s worth of meals, such as your dinner or breakfast dishes. If you require washing of dishes that exceed one day’s worth, an additional fee may be applied.
Our house cleaners are unable to wash, scrub, or thoroughly clean the blinds due to the time-consuming nature of the task and insurance guidelines. However, they would happily provide a “light dusting” to keep them looking tidy.
Our cleaners are experts in cleaning homes, but please note that they are not trained to handle your pets or their waste. It’s essential to avoid exposing them to urine, feces, and other bodily fluids, as it can pose serious health risks.
Please note that our cleaners prioritize safety and may be unable to clean all mold types, including hazardous materials. They can only clean mildew.
Our house cleaning services do not cover outdoor areas. However, for move-in/move-out cleaning, our cleaners may clean entry areas like balconies and decks. If you require a more personalized cleaning package that includes patio or balcony cleaning, please contact our office for further details.
We regret to inform you that steam cleaning services are not available as part of the house cleaning service. However, if you require cleaning of your carpet, rugs, or upholstery, kindly contact our office, and we will gladly offer a referral.
Our house cleaners do not have expertise in polishing or waxing hardwood floors. However, if you need assistance in this regard, please get in touch with our office, and we will be happy to refer you to a specialist who can provide the required services.
We regret to inform you that our house cleaning service does not cover the removal of paint from hardwood floors or walls. Our house cleaners are not equipped with the necessary tools or products for this task and are not authorized to do so due to insurance liability reasons. However, we are more than happy to provide you with a referral if you reach out to our office.
Our house cleaning services do not include exterior window cleaning. But, if you require this service, we would happily refer you to a trusted external window cleaning service. Kindly reach out to our office for assistance.
Please note that the house cleaning service does not cover cleaning inside freezers, even if it includes cleaning the refrigerator.
Once your initial cleaning appointment is completed, we will follow up with you to get feedback about your service, and we will correspond via email to arrange the recurring schedule based on your preferred weekday & time for the appointments.
For convenience, it is very common for our clients to provide a copy of the house keys. We can also provide a lockbox which can be left out for each cleaning service. Please provide our company with any lockbox or gate codes or any special instructions regarding accessing your home. If you cannot meet your house cleaner and need to provide a house key, please get in touch with the office for assistance with a key drop-off or pick-up to be planned in advance.
We can only manage recurring schedules that recur every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks. Unfortunately, a 3-week recurring schedule or any other frequency cannot be accommodated.
Recurring cleaning schedules are set up in advance with the same house cleaner(s). Recurring schedules offer a mutually beneficial working relationship between house cleaners and clients. If your house cleaner(s) is not available for any reason, our office staff will notify you and arrange for a substitute housekeeper to fill in.
The recurring rates are discounted as follows:
Weekly cleanings – 20% discount
Every other week – 15% discount
Every four weeks- 10% discount
Your initial appointment with your recurring house cleaner is at the regular rate. The discounted recurring rate will be applied for all subsequent appointments.
It is not possible to arrange a recurring schedule online. Our office is happy to help arrange your recurring schedule.
Your cleaner can work with you to customize and personalize your cleaning package and to ensure you are happy with the cleaning routine.
You can advise your cleaner of any organizational work, particular tasks, or projects you may want to periodically include in your recurring service (such as cleaning baseboards, etc..) on any individual appointment. Based on the complexity of the tasks and the time involved, the cleaner may apply an additional cost.
You can also include oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, high dusting, or interior window cleaning for any appointment at an additional cost.
